Omility Tracking

1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• 1.1 Eligible Customer: means any limited company in the United Kingdom who is not already a Quartix Customer;

​​

• 1.2. Omility: means OMILITY LIMITED a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 15822371 and whose registered office is at Office 6729, 321 - 323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom;

​

• 1.3 Quartix: means QUARTIX LIMITED a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 4159907 and whose registered office is at Quartix, New Church Street, Newtown, Powys, Wales, SY16 1AF;

​

• 1.4 Cashback: means: a payment made to an Eligible Customer's UK bank account as part of the offer;

​

• 1.5 Tracker: means: a device rented from Quartix in accordance with their terms and conditions for self-installation in a vehicle;

​

• 1.6 Activation: means once the Eligible Customer has installed the Quartix tracker in the vehicle and has sent an email to the Quartix support email address provided with the tracker to register the device.

The offer

​

2. Only Eligible Customers are entitled to the following terms offered by Omility: 

​

• 2.1. Per tracker: 12 month contract, £0 upfront costs, 3 months free, £8 + VAT per month (months 4 - 12), £72 Cashback;

• 2.2. VAT is applied at a rate of 20% where applicable;

• 2.3. Add-ons such as driver key fobs and dashcams are subject to additional costs;

• 2.4. Multiple trackers can be ordered under these terms, providing all eligibility conditions are met.

Contracts

​

3. Eligible Customer's will sign a contract with Quartix upon registering their interest with Omility. Omility is not responsible for any part of the Quartix product and service. Quartix reserves the right not to initiate a contract requested by Omility.

Cashback

​

4. The following terms apply to the cashback offer:

​

• 4.1. £72 Cashback is paid on a quarterly prorated basis for each tracker;

• 4.2. Should Eligible Customer's purchase additional trackers after signing a contract with Quartix, these additional trackers will not be eligible for Cashback. Only the original tracker quantities requested in the Omility "Signup" form will be eligible for Cashback.

Verification

​

5. If Omility is unable to verify an Eligible Customer’s activation of a Quartix tracker, Omility reserves the right to not pay the Cashback.

Complaints

​​

6. It is always Omility’s aim to provide the best possible service. However, any complaints regarding our service should be directed to Omility at feedback@omility.com. Any complaints with regards to the Quartix products and services should be raised with the respective contact(s) at Quartix.

Legal

​

7. By opting in to the offer, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Omility reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend this offer at any time.

​​

9. Personal data supplied in connection with this offer will only be processed by Omility in accordance with the terms of Omility’s privacy policy. Any personal data provided to Quartix will be processed in accordance with their respective privacy policy (as applicable).

10. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
